By creating a leaffyHUB account you agree to these terms. If you use leaffyHUB on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
The service
leaffyHUB is a financial management tool for SMMEs and small businesses. It includes invoicing, expense capture, forecasting, reporting and the Imani AI assistant. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.
Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account, including anything done by team members you invite.
Your data
You keep ownership of the records you load. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you upload, including personal information about your clients. You may export your records at any time.
AI limitations
Imani produces automated guidance based on the data available to it. It can be wrong or incomplete. Nothing produced by leaffyHUB is certified accounting, audit, legal or tax advice, and it does not replace a registered accountant or tax practitioner. You remain responsible for your SARS submissions and statutory filings.
Payments between you and your clients
Payment links and bank details shown on your invoices are supplied by you. leaffyHUB does not receive, hold or settle those funds and is not a party to the transaction between you and your client.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud or money laundering.
- Do not attempt to breach security, scrape data or disrupt the platform.
- Do not upload malware or content you have no right to share.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors beyond our control may cause downtime.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, leaffyHUB is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of automated guidance.
Ending your use
You may stop using leaffyHUB at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. On closure you can export your records before deletion, subject to legal retention periods described in the privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
